Payment

At Continental Green Energy, our payment terms are structured to accommodate various services while ensuring smooth transactions.

Payment Terms

    System Installation

  • 60% of the total cost is required as an upfront payment. The remaining balance must be settled within 30 days of installation.
  • System Maintenance

  • A 50% upfront payment is required for maintenance services. The remaining balance must be paid within 10 business days.
  • Pay-As-You-Go for Individual Products (Recommended for Companies)

  • 50% upfront payment is required. The remaining balance should be completed within 90 days.

Refund

At Continental Green Energy, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Refunds Are Not Available For

  • Tampered Products: Any products that have been altered or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.
  • Theft: We cannot provide refunds for products lost or stolen while in the customer’s possession.
  • Third-Party Installations: Refunds are not applicable for installations performed by unauthorized third-party service providers or unqualified technicians.

Refunds Are Available For

  1. Partial Payments: If a partial payment has been made for a product, a refund is available.
  2. Installation Payments: Refunds are applicable for partial payments made towards installation services.
